Our budget was the most important factor when building our home. It was important to use to work with a builder that would stay within our budget. We were very comfortable work with Kelley Developments. We always felt like Lance wanted to meet our needs, and stay within our budget while not compromising the integrity of the home. Our home is beautiful. We enjoyed the process and the end result is a home that we love.

When we decided to build our home the materials and construction were really important to us. We wanted a home that was built correctly with quality materials. Before we even met with Lance, we had already been to our lot, walked it, and was familiar with it. We were impressed that he was prepared. It is plain to see that Kelley Development stresses quality and they care out their clients.

We are so grateful to Kelley Developments and Lance for building our home. Building a home is such a significant investment and personal experience, and we truly appreciated having a builder we could trust throughout the entire process. One of the things we appreciated most about working with Lance was his communication. He was always responsive and willing to answer our questions, making sure we felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. Lance was also on-site every day, personally overseeing the progress and making sure everything was going according to plan. It was clear that he genuinely cared about the quality of the work and the finished product. What really stood out to us was that Lance's support did not end when construction was complete. He continued to answer our questions and help us even after we moved into our home. That level of commitment and customer service meant a great deal to us. We are incredibly happy with our home and the experience we had with Kelley Developments. We would absolutely choose Lance again and would confidently recommend him to anyone looking for a builder who is communicative, hands-on, knowledgeable, and truly committed to his clients.
